Instructions for Installing Adobe® Acrobat Reader® Software
Users operating from either Windows® or Macintosh®: platforms may install
Adobe Acrobat Reader directly from this CD. Other users may download
Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
The following section outlines the basic system requirements to install
and operate Adobe Acrobat Reader from most platforms. As with most Windows
software, performance will improve with more memory and faster systems.
Click on your operating system below to learn how to load the software.
Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows 95
Minimum
- 386, 486, Pentium®, or Pentium Pro processor-based
personal computer
- Windows 95, or Windows NT(R) 3.51 or later
- 8 MB of RAM (16 MB for Windows NT) available to Acrobat Reader
- 10 MB of available hard disk space

Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation Instructions for Windows 95
- Use either the File Manager® or Windows Explorer® to navigate to the
pdf/software directory on the CD-ROM.
- Double-click on the file 9532e301.exe.
- Follow the Acrobat Reader installation instructions displayed on your
monitor.

Minimum

- Windows NT 3.51 or later

Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation Instructions for Macintosh
- Navigate to the pdf/software directory on the CD-ROM.
- Drag arws301e_sea.bin to the Expander icon. (Note: This will cause all current Macintosh applications to quit.)
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
