ENC Data Handler extension for ArcGIS 8.3

The ENC Data Handler extension for ArcGIS was created by the NOAA Coastal Services Center. This extension imports ENC data into defined geodatabase feature classes based on ESRI's S-57 data model, assigns nautical chart symbology to each feature class, and removes extraneous data layers that do not contain information. The necessary steps for processing ENCs from their raw format into an ArcGIS personal geodatabase are detailed in the tutorial that is packaged with the extension.
