All interactive maps and animations displayed here were created by subtracting river stage elevations from LIDAR-derived, bare earth elevation data (5-foot Digital Elevation Model) using standard geographic information system software. No hydraulic models were used to derive these maps. These maps depict an approximated inundation area based on a proximity to one U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) gage location. Local variations in water surface are not taken into account on these maps.
