This is in reference to the "Affordable Housing in the Coastal Zone" article in the March/April 2003 edition. It seems to me, the wealthy residents can pony up the extra money to raise the wages of their public servants. This issue typifies the economy of the 80s and 90s—great economy, fantastic profits, stagnant wages.
