Ideas for the Next Issue

Are you particularly proud of one of your programs or projects? Are you effectively addressing a challenge that other coastal resource managers may be facing? We would love to hear your success stories.

We are also open to hearing about the issues you may need help tackling. Let us see if we can find a manager who has experience dealing with a similar problem. Chances are, you aren't the only one who would like to hear about their solution.

For instance, readers have recently requested information on the following topics. Do you have knowledge or experience that you can share?

Capturing oral history – Cultural history can be lost as people retire or move on. Are managers successfully capturing this valuable information? If so, how are they using it?

Recreational users – The coastline is the most popular area in the country. Are there programs and projects that are helping balance the public's desire to fish and swim with traditional commercial uses?
