Who May Use Interlibrary Loan Services

Public, academic, government, and corporate libraries may request items listed in the on-line catalog through the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) program. The NOAA Coastal Services Center Library does not loan items to individuals. Borrowing libraries should make ILL requests to the NOAA Coastal Services Center Library through the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC symbol: NO@) or on American Library Association (ALA) ILL request forms which can be faxed or sent by e-mail. The requesting library is responsible for all copyrights associated with the material under Title 17, U.S. Code. (See ILL Policies for Borrowing Libraries for more information)

Loan Period

Items are loaned for 30 days. Renewal requests made before the due date are granted whenever possible. We may recall items at any time when they are needed by NOAA Coastal Services Center staff.
