Request Methods Accepted (in order of preference): OCLC; ALA or IFLA ILL form, fax, mail, Ariel, or email; Email only from libraries that lack OCLC. Request must include librarian’s name and complete mailing address in message and state compliance to copyrights; IAMSLIC via Z39.50 Distributed Library. All phoned requests must be followed by a formal ILL request using one of the above methods. Authorized requestors: We do not interlibrary loan to individuals. Corporations that lack libraries must use their local public libraries to submit ILL requests for our materials. The general public should use the ILL services at their local public, university, or corporate libraries. Loans: Items are loaned for 30 days. One renewal may be requested. We do not loan periodicals, reference books, or CDs. Photocopy requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Articles from electronic subscriptions are not supplied to borrowing libraries. Delivery Methods: U.S. Postal Service (Library Mail rate for books; First Class rate for articles); Ariel; Fax (Only for rush requests; limit on number of pages); Federal Express (Only if provided borrowing library’s account number).
