Dock Growth Over Time in Falmouth, Massachusetts

Historical imagery such as aerial photography can be used to examine trends in land development over time. Understanding these trends may help plan future development.

In the case of Green Pond, historical aerial photographs were used to identify the number of docks, number of houses, and changes in land use at two locations of Green Pond over a period of about 40 years.
