Overview

This 30-minute self-guided training is divided into two e-learning parts. Although each part can be completed independently, you will benefit more fully by completing both parts in the prescribed order.

Part 1: Visualization Basics and Intro to CanVis

After completing this part, participants will be able to

• Begin to describe the benefits and limitations of visualizations
• Recognize how visualizations can change behaviors
• Understand the four steps for creating effective visualizations

Part 2: CanVis Before and After Tour

After completing this part, participants will be able to

• Understand how CanVis has been used to help solve an array of coastal and land-based issues
