Data Requirements

• Bathymetry grid data from the NOAA National Geophysical Data Center
• Shoreline coverage from a collection of NOAA and USGS data sets for estuaries and bays
  • Both shoreline coverage and bathymetry grid must be projected in the same coordinate system, such as Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) or State Plane, and not in a geographic coordinate system. Both must also have the same geographic footprint.
