U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) lidar is available through the agency’s online EarthExplorer. Previously, lidar and information about using lidar was available through the Center for Lidar Information Coordination and Knowledge (CLICK). However, the CLICK site is no longer being maintained, and the most current data are now available through EarthExplorer.

Notes and Limitations: The lidar point cloud data are provided “as is,” with varying degrees of processing and accuracy. USGS is not responsible for bare earth processing, populating fields other than xyz, or validating reported vertical and horizontal accuracies. These data are provided for non-mapping applications. Users must query fields for possible added information and use point cloud data at their own risk.
