Florida Bay Spatial Databases

Vector-based geographic information system (GIS) files available on this CD-ROM are in an Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI®) shapefile format that can be read using the ArcView® or ArcExplorer® applications. The shapefiles are in "geographic format" (no projection) with mapping units in decimal degrees. Many of these shapefiles were acquired from the Florida Marine Research Institute.
