Mineral Leasing Act of 1920
Summary
Under the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, the Bureau of Land Management grants leases for development of deposits of coal, phosphate, potash, sodium, sulphur and other leasable minerals on public domain lands and on lands having federal reserved minerals.
