Welcome to the Survival Skills for Coastal Resource Managers, Collaborative Processes module. The goal of this unit is to enhance your ability to design, lead, or participate in a collaborative process.

By the end of this Web-based portion of the training, you will be able to

  • Understand why collaboration is important to coastal management
  • Define key terms used when thinking about collaboration
  • Identify factors that go into managing meetings
  • Apply concepts to the Wetlands Mitigation case study featured in the Framework module of this course.
