				of Coos Bay,Oregon The Oregon Coastal Management Program, administered by the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD), knits together the state laws for managing Oregon's coastal lands and waters into a single, coordinated package. This program, approved by the NOAA Office of Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) assures that the state and its citizens will have the leading role in deciding how the resources of the coast will be conserved and developed.
